Yale Club Basketball Players Earn National All-American Honors

Yale seniors Brennan Columbia-Walsh ’26 and Will Sanok Dufallo ’26, members of the university’s club men’s basketball team, have been recognized as All-Americans by the National Club Basketball Association.

The honors come after a standout season in which Yale finished with 14 wins in 18 conference games and earned its first trip to the North Atlantic Regional Championship in five years. Columbia-Walsh, the team’s former president, was named a First-Team All-American, while team captain Dufallo was selected as a Second-Team All-American. Both were also chosen for the North Atlantic All-Regional First Team.

Reflecting on the journey, Columbia-Walsh emphasized the team’s growth and camaraderie, noting how they transformed from a struggling squad to playoff contenders. Dufallo expressed pride in the recognition but highlighted it as a team achievement, crediting fellow teammates for their contributions.

With the recognition serving as a milestone, Yale Club Basketball is looking to build on its recent success and further strengthen its balance of competition and community in the upcoming season.
